session will last about 30 minutes. In this session we will discuss
three of your primary goals for 2008 and the obstacles that are holding
you back . We will also identify if our coaching would be a fit for you
& the specific areas you can be coached.
To get the most from your Strategy Session I suggest that you place your
goals in a S.M.A.R.T. format. Please make sure that all your goals are
SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE, REALISTIC & TIME STAMPED. This will
ensure we know where your trying to navigate & how you will know if your
on track to the results you desire. .
Below is a small homework assignment.
Please come prepared with the following:
1. Have three compelling goals that you want to work on in 2008. Please
address your goals relative to your Health, emotions, family /
relationships, financial, physical, career, spiritual or time
management. Make sure they are challenging.
2. Include obstacles' that are holding you back from creating these
goals in your life
3. Be prepared to have fun and grow.
